1. Acceptance of Terms By enrolling your child at Supreme Scholars Development Center ("Center"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please review these Terms carefully. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll your child or use our services.

2. Enrollment and Fees

  • Enrollment Process: Complete the enrollment form, provide necessary documentation, and pay the applicable fees.

  • Fees: Enrollment fees, tuition, and other charges are detailed in the enrollment agreement. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

3. Attendance and Absences

  • Regular Attendance: Consistent attendance is crucial for your child’s development.

  • Absences: Notify the Center as soon as possible if your child will be absent. Extended absences should be discussed with the Center Director.

4. Health and Safety

  • Immunizations: All children must have up-to-date immunizations. Proof of immunization is required at enrollment.

  • Illness: Children showing signs of contagious illness must be kept at home. The Center reserves the right to send a child home if they are deemed too ill to participate.

  • Medication: Medication administration is subject to the Center’s policies and requires written consent from parents.

5. Curriculum and Activities

  • Curriculum: We offer a comprehensive curriculum including STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Mathematics) activities, physical exercise, outdoor play, and in-house field trips.

  • Special Needs: We strive to accommodate children with special needs. Please discuss your child's requirements with the Center Director.

6. Behavior and Discipline

  • Respectful Environment: We foster a respectful environment for all children and staff. Disruptive or harmful behavior is addressed promptly and constructively.

  • Discipline Policy: Our discipline policy emphasizes positive reinforcement and redirection. Detailed policies are available upon request.

7. Parent Involvement

  • Communication: Open communication between parents and staff is essential. We provide regular updates on your child’s progress.

  • Participation: Parents are encouraged to participate in activities, special events, and parent-teacher conferences.

8. Confidentiality

  • Privacy: We respect the privacy of all children and families. Personal information is kept confidential and used only for Center purposes.

9. Termination of Services

  • Termination by Parents: Parents may terminate services by providing written notice 30 days in advance.

  • Termination by Center: The Center reserves the right to terminate services for reasons including, but not limited to, non-payment of fees, consistent late pick-ups, or behavior that poses a threat to others.

10. Changes to Terms The Center reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated to parents and will become effective immediately upon notification.

11. Liability

  • Limitation of Liability: The Center is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to children or property, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

  • Indemnification: Parents agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Center and its staff from any claims arising from their child’s participation in Center activities.
